Roles & Responsibilities
Convener:
- To conduct meetings with the faculty members and student members to discuss various issues related to the PRESS & MEDIA.
- To record and circulate the minutes of every meeting among Faculty and Student members.
- To maintain the minutes of the meetings and submit the copy of the same to the Principal.
- To communicate all media news to the PRESS & MEDIA people through email and information by phone.
Faculty Member:
- Attending the convener meetings.
- Informing Press Note about the events organized.
- Make sure the press releases go smooth and to be published at the earliest.
- Collecting and posting to web portals.
Student Member:
- To coordinate with the department PRESS & MEDIA faculty incharge
- To support photos & news for events and for social media
