Press and Media Committee

Roles & Responsibilities


Convener: 

  • To conduct meetings with the faculty members and student members to discuss various issues related to the PRESS & MEDIA.
  • To record and circulate the minutes of every meeting among Faculty and Student members.
  • To maintain the minutes of the meetings and submit the copy of the same to the Principal.
  • To communicate all media news to the PRESS & MEDIA people through email and information by phone.

Faculty Member:

  • Attending the convener meetings.
  • Informing Press Note about the events organized.
  • Make sure the press releases go smooth and to be published at the earliest.
  • Collecting and posting to web portals.

Student Member: 

  • To coordinate with the department PRESS & MEDIA faculty incharge
  • To support photos & news for events and for social media
